WHO WE ARE
About Rebel Kilometers
A Portuguese workforce solutions company founded in 2022, connecting skilled workers with businesses across Portugal and Europe.
Our Story
Our Story
Rebel Kilometers was founded in 2022 in Portugal, born from a clear need in the market: businesses across Europe were struggling to find reliable, skilled workers — and workers were struggling to find the right opportunities. We set out to fix that.
Starting with a focus on sectors where labour demand was most acute — agriculture, construction, and logistics — we quickly grew our reach across Portugal and into other European markets. Our approach has always been hands-on: we don't just match CVs to job descriptions, we build real relationships with both clients and candidates.
Today, Rebel Kilometers operates across multiple countries, placing workers in roles ranging from temporary seasonal positions to long-term permanent placements.
Our Mission
To connect skilled workers with the companies that need them — quickly, compliantly, and with genuine care for every person involved. We believe that the right person in the right role changes everything.
Our Vision
To become one of the leading workforce solutions providers in the markets we operate in, consistently exceeding expectations in quality, compliance, and delivery.
